the theme music from After Dark is a grab from the Tom Verlaine track Breakin' In My Heart. It was laid down to video cuts of various major artists of the '80's - so at one stage it actually seems like Carlos Santana is playing the guitar riff. After Dark was produced on a shoestring budget, actually no budget apart from studio time. It was organised by a group of music-loving employees at Channel 7 and many great guests who gave their time totally free.

Ahh! Cos I was one of them :) The four years of After Dark were lots of fun, met some great artists. Sadly a growing number are no longer with us. But their music and the mayhem lives on!

Would you by chance have any shows or clips of the two mentioned shows. I always ask that question to those who were involved or had watched the show at the time.
