Hi April! It's me again, I made your carrot cake last night! and It was the best carrot cake I've ever made, so moist and delicious not to sweet. I made a couple changes.. Instead of 2 cups of white sugar I used 1c. brown sugar 1c. white sugar, I also added 1/8tsp ground nutmeg... so delish! Thank you!

Update...I ended up trying out your carrot cake recipe and I am pleased to say it was a success! My boyfriend loveeeed it! I made a batch of carrot cake cupcakes & a carrot cake (in a circle pie pan too!) it was the most delicious, moist, easy to make recipe! I will def be trying more of your recipes!!

I make these desserts for all of you as a tutorial, but I never eat them because I know I'd gain so much weight, LOL! Instead, I give them away to Justin's colleagues at work. The healthiest snacks are veggies and fruit. :)
