@santtiagoforttes He he. Ok....the story is that that I had a tape played by the same man played in the mid-80's but the tempo was higher. Therefore I got used to a higher tempo => I think this tempo is slow

@bulls1214 I've yet to hear a worthy performance of "Sleepers Wake" here on youtube. This has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Bach. For starters the tempo is off terribly (that's why this is completely different piece of music from the original cantata) - therefore this cannot stand for Bach, it's an interpretation.

We used this tune (but not this arrangement) at my wedding 26 years ago, rather than Mendelsohn's Weddng March. It just seemed to suite my wife who is an "oil in her lamp" kind of person.
