What's wrong with Titan's left front leg/ paw? He obviously has an issue. He favors it and it is almost sideways. My Leoberger was attacked as a puppy by another dog (loose due to crappy owner). He was OK thanks to his size but he definitely has a slight angle to how he places his paw.

That brindle dane is also huge, I have seen some really big danes alot of them do reach 40 inches and of good health. How tall is your dog and will his front legs improve over time?

my sisterr has an irish wolf hound i think it is bigger than kimba but not titan

Irish Wolfhounds are the tallest breed of dog. Kimba is still a puppy and is of average height. Titan is an exception and is much taller than average dogs of either breed. Titan was recently on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. Titan is the real world's tallest dog. This record has been confirmed by Guinness World Records and will be in the 2010 issue.

You did not meet my gentle giant. I am proud to say my dog was of average height,but aggresive , great hunter and body guard,just as the germans intendet them to be.Brutus killed two racoons,and took a guy,who was unfriendly down.

@Amaterrasuu that was my point. these dogs aren't supposed to be gentle.Stupid modern western society made them "gentla giants" For centuries they were hounds !,used to hunt wild boar,deer,bears.protect their masters,and property. I have no use for dogs for show only. My dogs have to work .earn their keep.

@Toulavej58 The hunt is not totally bred out of them but due to the fact that people don't use the dogs for their original purpose any longer, they saw fit to breed the prey drive out of them and make them a great family PET rather than let the breed die out completely. Tit for Tat.

not really, Gibson is actually 43 inches now. Still the worlds tallest dog. Still holds the world record.

Maybe, just maybe he did reach 42.2 with a good stance in a lucky morning (measured HIGH at the shoulders, with other words: his neck) but i doubt. However, at WITHERS gibson was about 37-38 inches.

Kimba is a beautiful harle. Was this on the west coast? Our beaches in Virginia won't let us have dogs on the beach until after Labor Day and then they have to stay on a leash. Lucky you -have a fun dane day at the beach!

Titan has dark spots, the presence of the pgment making the spots means he is not an albino.
