yeah but the peacefulness isn't respected, the police are crazy, this year's stone henge I saw a gypsy looking girl being refused entry because "she didn't look right", the security rippin apart paper lanterns and running after the people who successfully set them alight....and yes, everybody should be allowed to access Stonehenge, but certain people go there to ruin the atmosphere or the stones, or go there just to get hammered and not respect the reason everybody gathers there on the solstice.

i honestly feel sick after watching that. i thought i was immune to the effects of seeing violence, its never really bothered me, ive fought up and down the country with various football firms and police forces. but the sight of innocent women covered in blood pleading for someone to help them whilst the pigs destroy their homes, is something i wont forget. these people lived in a peace convoy for Gods sake. thatcher will burn in hell.

I was there. I have never seen this footage before. Now I have finished vomiting I am still shaking like a leaf. Originally there was a lot more footage than this, it was forcibly removed from individuals and journalists alike. I witnessed this whilst in the queue of arrestees. I also saw a man on a stretcher convulsing in what looked to me like death throes. Politicians and their lackies wanted to destroy us. We went back next year. truth is i have very little time for crustys or druids for that matter and do not agree that they have any more right to access Stonehenge than anyone else, however the treatment they recieved that day was truly criminal and unacceptable in every way. EVERYBODY should be allowed access to Stonehenge it is part of all our heritage. If I have to suffer some bellend dressing up and claiming top be king arthur i aint bothered as long as we can all visit the site and have its peacefulness respected.

Well I've worked since I left school, 25 years of paying taxes and have no problem with their way of life. Why cant people have the freedom to live how they want as long as they live within the law.
