  • Everyone needs to get a concealed carry permit and protect their rights.

  • Given the video now in your possession of the dickhead grabbing your camera, and the recovered audio, you should totally pursue this in another court for damages. The publicity would be off the scale and you could use the award money fund some SERIOUS campaigning against this kind of crap.

  • please publish the names and home addresses of all of these pigs.

  • You have a son man, don't get yourself thrown in prison for this shit. Leave it to us dumb youngsters to show the world the reality of police brutality.

  • Ugly old man struck first, filming is not illegal. case closed.

Why is everybody on Youtube either stupid or not commenting?

  • Man, you sure did make yourself out to be a Martyr. Quick, everyone feel bad for this IDIOT! They should have left you in that hole. IDK what you idiots were thinking when you went there, or what yelling and instigating and argument was going to accomplish. Get a life

  • @ftball1713 lmao are you retarded?

  • What a bunch of idiots. They are just a group of instigators who, whether they want to admit it or not, are creating a problem. Why should those officers tell you who they are, when you are on their property, breaking the law, and refuse to tell thme who you are.

And for a couple of guys who "know your rights" it wasnt assault, it was battery. You just sound like and idiot on tap. I wish they broke your jaw.... bunch of hippies, no respect for you.

  • @ftball1713 The internet was made for pussies like you. Go suck your dads dick you fucking troll.

  • you should have had a hidden camera at a distance!!

  • @elfspriit that's an excellent idea.

  • Take a look at my state's identification laws (ohio). Only after reasonable suspicion of a crime do you have to ID yourself, and then you only need provide Name, Address and Birthdate. (2921.29 of the Ohio Revised Code) not any form of government I.D.

Now if you wanna discuss this amiably, that's straight, but do ya really need throw insults to try and make your point? Have a good weekend.

  • i just cant calm down at all ,i just freeking out ,i cant imagine seeing this

  • Law enforcement ask for identification to verify who you. If you comply, not much happens after that unless your a wanted criminal or fugitive. If you dont show your ID to any law enforcement officer, then they can detain you for probable cause. Honeslty, if ppl just cooperate, then alot of excessive force would be overted. One of the US Marshals jobs to protect Judiciary Officials and buildings. One way to find out who is there to shoot a judge or witness, is to ask your ID.

  • @s14attack How is not providing identification probable cause? Probable cause of what exactly? Since there is no law, statute, act, ordinance or anything else mandating an individual carry or have even applied for government I.D., your reasoning is flawed at best. Men like these are the reason we are holding on to the freedoms we have, they should be applauded, not chided.

  • @Smackchow Not showing ID is probable cause bc it seems your hiding something. Its the penal code, go look it up.

    Art. 14.03. [214] [261] [249] AUTHORITY OF PEACE

OFFICERS. (a) Any peace officer may arrest, without warrant:

    (1) violation of Title 9, Chapter 42, Penal Code,

breach of the peace, or offense under Section 49.02, Penal Code, or

threaten, or are about to commit some offense against the laws

    next time, just show id.

Now, go cry somewhere else. Im done talking to you.

  • @s14attack You're done talking because you have nothing. What you quoted doesn't even mention identification. So no, refusal to identify does not create probable cause. You're arguments are more than flawed, they are fabricated.

  • @Smackchow wow, your an idiot, Thats how the Law works, I cant change it bc you dont like it. take it up with the Judge and the court system, instead of being a keyboard commando trying to start arguements behind your screen in your moms basement.

And what I quoted is straight from the law penal code, it doesnt need to mention anything about ID, its up to the discrepency of the officer or federal agent. Therefore, not showing identification is to prove your not trying to shoot a judge or worse.

  • @s14attack No need for personal attacks. You're making huge leaps and assumptions to get that quoted "law" to give credence to your argument. It just doesn't. You may have to ID yourself once reasonable articulate suspicion is met, but refusing to identify yourself is in no way reasonable suspicion nor probable cause of anything.

  • @Smackchow You just said it - on your last comment here, "need provide Name, Address and Birthdate", which is exactly whats on your ID. So there you go, show your ID, say who your employer is, and be on your merry way.

It the Marshals job to protect judges and courthouses. Am I correct?

Jezz people, lol. I honestly doubt they planned their day to detain a camera man. when a federal agent who is there to protect the courthouse asks, just show your ID. why make it difficult?

  • @s14attack But identifying yourself only AFTER reasonable suspicion of a crime is established. There was no suspicion of a crime, so therefore no need to provide identifying information. I think the disconnect is coming from trying to put the cart before the horse. The marshals/security are the ones making it difficult in this instance, they asked who they were, they said no, that should have been the end of it.

  • @Smackchow Well, if the cameraman doesnt like, he doesnt need to be there. Its the government, their rules, their goons.

Go away already. Im not a politician, im not a judge, I cant help you, only give my opinion and you wont change my mind, go talk to someone else, or go start a movement, bc your really annoying now.

We're not solving much here, and your not competent enough to understand that.

  • @s14attack Again with attacks just because your assumptions were proven wrong? I have to back away because you were shown to be ignorant? And I'm the incompetent one? I think I will stick around for a while as these issues are of an interest to me. And reasonable debate does not have to equal "solving much". But thanks for the interaction.

  • @Smackchow Attacks, Attacks, blah blah blah. stop crying and man up. You didnt prove me Wrong at anything. Nothing I said was an "assumption". It the law. Follow it and you wont be arrested.

    Ps: your an idiot, haha.

  • @s14attack You made a statement as fact that was unsupported and you couldn't prove. A counter point was provided and substantiated. When shown to be ignorant, you respond with scorn. Childish and unnecessary.

To the poster of the video, aymfl, my apologies for this pissing match between me and s14attack. Keep up the spreading of information and documenting it. Thanks for yall's efforts.

  • @Smackchow Just bc you think your right, doesnt mean you are. My statements are fact, is the law. By your arguements in court, you'd ultimently lose.

And I acted "Childish and unnecessary" bc you wont stop sending me useless msg's. and idk even know what "aymfl" means. and umm...ok about info and documents.

  • @msalak87 I did nothing to provoke this.

  • @msalak87 Shut the fuck up, You cock inhaler.

  • We need to get laws passed in all 50 states and in DC that videotaping in public places and OF PUBLIC SERVANTS ON DUTY is allowed at all times.

There is no conceivable reason why they should fear a camera unless these lying pigs are breaking the law. We already know they lie, cheat, steal and murder BECAUSE THEY CAN.

We need to get the simplest protections for us that we can.

Pigs like these are why I don't care when pigs are killed, on or off duty.

  • Say hello to the Gestapo USA!!!

    Viva la rivolutzione!!!

  • Well, I don't actually LIKE this NAZI BullSh**t!

  • Well, I don't actually LIKE this NAZI BullShit!

  • Thank you for putting names to the faces of these thugs.

  • someone upload the raw tape or semi raw...this overedited stuff cannot easily be re-used.

  • Ask them why they need your names all the time

  • @gunthaarz it's so they can write a report on their contact with us.

  • @aymfl - So if you walk down the streat and an officer demands your name you have to give it?

  • @gunthaarz the laws differ from state to state on that, but the unwritten LEO rule seems to be yes, you always have to give up whatever they want or they're going to cook something up on you. There are exceptions and I am generalizing but it seems to describe the trend accurately.

  • @aymfl you actually have the right to know why they are interested first, you don't legally have to give them any information at all, you have the right to remain silent hence the miranda rights

  • We should march on these pigs TODAY and demand justice.

  • George Donnelly accepted a plea deal where he only had to pay a $500 fine - He admitted guilt and the system wins again. Welcome to America assholes.

  • my way has been paved by true heroes.

  • Poor, poor Americans!

  • a few questions -- what were the other two charges? was this a jury trial? It seems there were plenty of witnesses to testify on behalf of this photographer as to whether he was guilty of assaulting a martial, can we get the court transcripts? And what were the other two charges, were there witnesses that could contradict these charges, would there have been a jury trial for these charges. In the future, I would use a hidden camera, one that transmitted to a remote server using a cell phone

  • @mauiportal the other charges were assault on someone while on federal property and some other CFR charge, I don't remember offhand. I was denied a jury trial. I am working on getting the transcripts but anyone can request them.

  • That's a frikken nightmare.

  • Find out where this scum live and post their addresses then we can show em how we feel

  • The fact that the system we have now enables Law Enforcement and public officials to outright frame law abiding US Citizens, and the fact that it is considered "necessary" for them to be able to do this (how else can they protect us if they don't have the powers that let them frame us!?"), is why our system is broken.

Guess what Federal Marshall fuck you 9/11 was carried out by foreign enemies not domestic law abiding citizens videotaping a public property that has no expectation of privacy.

  • This is completely outrageous. POLICE STATE ENFORCEMENT THUGS.

  • They tampered with evidence(erased your video), huge crime, lots of consequences, Here it is punishible with prison, kind of like turn the tables. Have you considered this as part of your remedy?

    Peace.

  • Check out what these guys did to me. Then after I filed a Federal Suit against the Chief of Police he comes up to me 1 month later with 3 guys and tazers. sueBADcops or click my name

  • I can't wait until Jesus judges these scum!

  • I almost forgot I was watching our government, not $cientology thugs..

  • I agree with ed2276, you need to get people to videotape these interactions from further away. Do you have any plans to return to this court house with the necessary reinforcements?

  • @Meisterfluscher We lack sufficient manpower and cameras.

  • @Meisterfluscher - We've been back. There was a protest march on 6/4/10 that was covered by WFMZ a local TV station: gYf0D2-zxDM

There have been 2 pamphleteering events since his arrest too, including one the day of the plea hearing: v6J8FkXp2QA B0rydSFRlME gtUH_0EEi3M

  • These people can't protect America. They are enemies of freedom loving people.

This is unforgivable. And, like the "moderate muslims" who we complain about not speaking out against the "fundamental muslim", I have no respect for the "lawful officer" who is complacent with this type of anti freedom nonsense. Speak out, or get lumped in. You hardly ever see officers stand up against the evils committed by people like this.... They just go with the immoral flow. Lowlife trash!!!!

  • Hahahahahaha what a joke! This guy "fought" them by making a plea deal! Yeah I would want him on my side, wouldn't I? Not!

  • You're suing, right?

  • I'm really annoyed, and disappointed both with the reddit post and this video. Neither the video nor the post give the background information on what's actually going on / who's doing what / what events happened prior to this, so for someone who didn't follow this a few months ago (e.g. me) i'm having to try to piece together all these random unhelpful bits of information

  • @zacharyvince sorry. everything relevant to this incident that I have and found important is in this. All the audio and video of the incident are in this.

  • Corruption. All the way. All these criminals are guilty. The lie about there only being a "few bad apples" has been debunked by now! If someone tells you this you know that he/show is a liar.

  • Thank you so much for doing what you do.

  • @rockyzee Anyone can do the few things I do.

  • The description of the courtroom process reminded me of a scene from Planet of the Apes where the human says, "IT'S A MADHOUSE!!!! A MAAADHOUUUSE!!!!".

  • puts his knee on his face and says, got a headache ?

    stay classy motherfucker

  • regular people should have the courage to respond in the presence of such abuses, then those pigs would think twice...

  • @sanriver12 I am regular people.

  • @aymfl what i mean is, if there was a crowd there witnessing this, they should come together and kick those pigs asses in the act.

  • @sanriver12 There were plenty of people around but the most they did was look at me when I read the marshals the DHS special security bulletin.

  • fuck the police

  • law enforcement dont have to identify themselves just like citizens dont have to produce id, only after arresting an individual they are required to produce id and badge number if asked.

  • @gadafgadaf Super and irrelevant.

Do LEOs have carte blanche to assault people? Then what of the 3:30 mark?

  • @gadafgadaf they still didn't do it then. After you're under arrest it's too late, they don't give a shit what you want.

  • Great stuff, great act of courage. Kudos for standing up the way you did!

  • Sic semper tyrannis. Needs to be repeated over and over and over. Whenever govt extends beyond its limited role of punishing initiators of violence and fraud, the people will always have to rise up to defensively take it down to its legitimate size.

  • FUCK UNCLE SAM MAN!

  • What will it take to wake the sheep up to the reality lurking beneath the land of the free.

  • Good job, man. Next time you go to protest something, have someone out of view and across the street videotaping everything. Good job, bro !

  • wow the fucking thugs use 9/11 as an excuse. Wtf has happened to America.

  • The only suggestion that I would offer is that when you have these events that you have a person there whose sole responsibility is to stand far enough away from the goings on to get a wide angle shot in case something happens. Time and again I see these point of view, close in shots that really don't show the details of what is going on during all the chaos. A steady wide angle shot would show the security guard being the aggressor and attacking without justification..same with the marshals.

  • @ed2276 The thing is we couldn't get enough people to come out in order to do that.

  • This isn't "the system" keeping us down, this is a few people acting like petty children against a man who did nothing wrong

  • @pianomancuber91 FUCK THE SYSTEM FUCK THE SYSTEM FUCK THE SYSTEM

  • @aegisfate117 SOAD is awesome.

  • @pianomancuber91

The "few people acting like petty children" include the US Marshals, the US Attorney and the Judge. If the US attorney and judge don't know to behave better, how can we have any hope for "the system" ?

  • This really makes me sad, I just dont have any words for that kind of behaviour. I pray you are fully vindicated soon! Peace and Love.

  • Land Of The Free-Lol

  • This was a citizen attacked by perjurious thugs.

  • When he says "I will cuff you and bring you in if you continue... relax.. relax.." the marshall actually sounds scared like its a hollow threat he knows could get him in trouble.

  • They ought to play this video day after day on the courthouse steps. And carry signs with the feds and their employees faces plastered on them.

  • This stuff is really scary. I am so happy I didn't move with my family to the US from Denmark. Even though I haven't done anything wrong, I still get a bit anxious when entering the country to visit them.

  • Thank you for standing up against this ridiculous unwritten "law."

  • When the American People finally revolt, you'll only need to look at the myriad of videos like this to see why it happened. The mentality of these people in "authority" is like an illness. They personally believe themselves to be greater than citizens. That they have "power" of some kind that allows them special privileges to bully and assault citizens. Yet the US constitution states that all mend and women are EQUAL under the law.

  • I wish I had a more complex way of saying it.. something more respectable. But I can't. Fuck the police. All of them.

  • Comment removed

  • Wow. I am amazed with how calm you stayed. These marshals are ridiculous. You're a hero.

  • @ilovelegos413 I'm just a regular guy. Anyone can do what I do.

  • @aymfl I couldn't find the thread I replied with but if you need any help with dd feelfree to ask.

  • @brentcalderoni thanks I appreciate that. My experience is with FreeBSD, not so much with Linux so I might message you once I get the machine out of storage.

  • @aymfl dd woks in both FreeBSD and Linux.

  • @aymfl That may be so, but few are brave enough to choose to.

  • This is 1776.2

This is America 2.0 a global movement toward a free humanity

From the grass roots across the planet a titan is rising, it is the spirit of thousands of years of repressed human potential crying out for liberty

That clarion call is a call to a new form of arms, an ideological war here opens up before us and all the world has a stake in the fight.

Our forefathers could not have envisioned this fight, but they laid the ground work for our victory.

    Brothers this day is OURS

  • Is this what our forefathers fought for? Is this what our troops in the M.E. are coming home to after trying to deliver freedom in Iraq?

I can't get the cops to arrest a punk belligerent drug dealer or illegal aliens who trespass, litter, urinate on my property and then threaten me because "They have rights" but they can bust this guy for running a video camera?

    Really?

  • Great video. I hope you sue the fuck out of those lying quasi Nazi fucks.

  • blatant color of law, this is why they pulled 911, to justify this and much much more

  • Arrested for what? Arresting me for what? I'm not allowed to stand up for myself? I thought this was America! Huh? Isn't this America? I'm sorry, I thought this was America!

  • Great video

  • US out of Iraq, Afghanistan & Allentown - Priceless.

  • Why cant we see the video too while the confrontation is happening?

  • @Limwed I was unable to recover it. Maybe because I closed the side LCD screen it stopped recording. Maybe the shock of the attack caused the camera to malfunction. I have no certain answer but I assure you PhotoRec did not recover any video from this event other than what is in this short film. I have in my possession the security footage from both security cameras of the federal building but am bound by private agreement not to release it yet. It doesn't show much anyway.

  • @aymfl why woudl you be bound to not release it?

  • @piracymatters The attorney I hired says he got the discovery for my case based on his connections. He had a hard time getting it. He gave the video to me solely on the promise that I would not release it until the judge allows it, since if I release it otherwise, it will harm the lawyer's ability to get discovery in the future. It was an agreement I made with him, and I take pains to honor voluntary agreements I make. I am working to get it released as soon as possible.

  • @aymfl If you recovered audio, you should be able to grab video as well...unless the lens was actually physically covered. If you can make a forensic copy of the hard drive/flash drive for the camera and send it to me, I'd be happy to run it through my professional forensic recovery tools and see if I can recover anything. The service would be free of charge, of course.

  • @vvaduva The audio that precedes and follows the video came from a voice recorder. I wouldn't mind sending you a forensic copy but have no idea how to make one? I had 3 devices. The Canon HFR11 video cam, the Flip video cam and the voice recorder. I could not get anything for this event off the Flip cam, tho PhotoRec recovered tons of older videos.

  • @aymfl

if you can mount the drive in linux you can run the dd command to make an exact copy of the disk

  • @brentcalderoni thanks I will give that a try. I have a spare Ubuntu machine around here somewhere.

  • George are you considering filling a law suit against the Marshals?

  • @benjaminbartholomew if a lawyer wants to do it for a percentage of the damages, I may.

  • @aymfl If I knew one I would direct them your way : /

  • This is the face of Tyranny. They are simply anti-American scum!
