I dont know what youallsuck is talking about, i've been going to rockville park for years. it never gets old. maybe when your biking through the terrain you dont have time to stop and appreciate the little things.
have u guys ever been there while riding a 1 speed...? wel i was riding my p1 spcialized and it was hell but now its fine after a while great place to go
And if "many other people ride on this all the time" it will erode. Maybe not the white tufa, but the dirt parts on the sides, and for sure the quarry trail where you're skidding at the bottom. Yes I ride there all the time.
Sorry I didn't use proper vocabulary...you understood what I meant, and the skidding at the end of quarry trail was to avoid running into a barbed wire fence that I didn't see till almost too late, and true the dirt paths may erode, but such is life, obviously the owners of the park don't really care that much if you have seen what they have done all over the park with their construction...
rockville is awsome at first but it getts old really fast after youve done all the trails. but its good practice for places like northstar and mammoth. and yeah ive done that exact little ridge thingy all the time with tons of other people. its all rock and the bottom is flat.
Yes, I do. All of these are designated trails. The steep part may not be "marked", but it is right off one trail and onto another. It is not causing corrosion and many other people ride on this all the time. Have you ever ridden at rockville?
