I have to disagree because its a known fact that people from african countries such as ethiopia, sudan and somalia are mixed and tend to have lighter skin, softer hair and better features than other african countries. Ethiopia has the most beautiful women in the world. The mixture is what makes africans from this region more beautiful than africans from west africa.

There is no white DNA or black DNA, it is the melanin in your skin that determines your skin tone i.e. black ppl have more more melanocyte cells in there skin and that is why they are darker. There is no white DNA or black DNA, it is the melanin in your skin that determines your skin tone i.e. black ppl have more more melanocyte cells in there skin and that is why they are darker. Also the sun activates these cells to produce more melanin that is why when u live in hot country you tend to be darker and if you were to move to colder climate your skin tone lightens

Technically everyone on the planet is mixed race since we have no idea who our the people before us slept with. But everyday i'm starting to see more and more that race doesn't exist. It's just a social thing. People only see people for color, sure color exists but race is a whole different things. People call each other black and white - that's a color but calling someone latino or native american red or tan that's racism? Seeing people without race and as people would end a lot of problems.

hey jay im normailly with you on alot of what you talk about and i enjoy your videos , but the fact of the matter is there was no such thing as a light skinned person back thin who wasnt mixed. Most of us before mixing was generally brown and under. Genes are tricky they can stay dorment for generations and pop up in a child with blue eyes, looser curled hair, thinner lips, thinner noses, ext. In saying you can still be darker skinned and tec. still be mixed, but if anything were diluting them.

Did you know you could have a five children with someone that looks like Oprah or Whoopi Goldberg and one of those children could come out with light skin? So, you would treat the light skinned child differently? You would call that one "mixed", while the dark skinned children would be called black? I don't understand that mentality. If all five children have the SAME parents, how can you say the light skinned one is not black, but the dark skinned children are?

also i know for a fact i have not a drop of blood that is not european......there are dna tests available that can tell you what your genetic background is.....but then you have to ask if irish and welsh and german are different types of whites......so maybe i am mixed but with other european blood. but if you can be a pure black or a pure white or asian the answer is yes you can be.i am evidence of that. try not to get so angry toward people who share different ideals.but i do enjoy your videos

I have things in my family tree (mainly White and Native American), and ppl always ask me if I'm mixed and I even have certain ppl (mainly Black) that say I'm not really Black. I say a big FUCK YALL to all dem. My ancestors were something, I'm something else. I was raised in the black culture therefore only one I can claim.

Actually that's NOT true.
Chattel-slavery on the antebellum-era Continental US was NOT "RACIAL" (i.e. 'COLOR-Based') , it WAS "MATRI-LINEAL" (i.e. 'MOTHER-Based').
This meant that (NO MATTER their racial-category, genotype. paternity or phenotype) if a person's mother was a chattel-slave, so were they.
This Matrilineal-system led to slave-breeding (via rape by Overseers) & is why there were actually MORE Mixed-Race people held in US chattel-slavery than there were full-Black.
