(1) 3-4 yrs have passed. No physical proof of them being terrorist.

(2) 500 detainees have already been released so far more to come this year and by next year majority of them will be released.

No, in this country to legally convict a suspect of a crime, they must be charged upon arrest, and given a fair trial in court of law assuming the evidence is strong. Habeas corpus is whats at stake here. Our corrupt gov't has kidnapped people in the dark of night before, imprisoned them overseas for years, and had to release them for lack of evidence. Who knows if Gitmo's detainees are guilty or not? Lets see the evidence, to ensure we don't punish the innocent as we would the guilty
