one of the best renditions by a young choir... you did very well... look at the Philippine Madrigal Singers to be inspired further... as far as the animal sounds, they should be included and I think it was done decently by the choir...

well... if anyone watched the Lion King... the animal noises were there too, but sound enhancements were able to make them fade into the background a little more smoothly...

Saw some of the comments here... and well, all I can say is, when songs are sang in A Capella (no musical accompaniment), it is best to watch it live... I actually got to watch this group perform live, and they were.... AMAZING!

But yeah, seeing them here again was a good revisit to memories! Hail the Jeremiah singers of RIS! =p

I did this version before, the female soloist is good. But the first part, the shouting was scary, could feel the vocal chords tearing. And yes, the animal sounds are supposed to be background....haha.

hmmm ... I actually think you guys have potential. The piece was just a bit too complicated for you. Had the piece been simplified, you guys would've sounded better. Soloists need just a bit of work. Nevertheless, good job. Keep it up. Remember always to sing not with your voice, but with your heart. :)
