Hey, great job! I've seen your other videos and understand that the tone in Garageband sucks. But i was looking into buying a Mac and wondering how helpful garageband is and how much Macs run on average.

Getting a mac would be the best decision of your life. I have 2 macs and they are PERFECT for musicians. Recording is easy, most of the garage band tones are good. All I can say is macs will make everything simpler and better (especially for musicians).

Really? That's what i heard my cousin has one, but isn't a musician. So should i get a MacBook Pro or what? is there a specific one? and by the way all your videos are kickass, are you maybe going to do Dead Memories, Gehenna, Wherein Lies Continue, Gematria (The Killing Name) or any of those?

Macs are pretty much MADE for musicians and graphic designers. All macs are good, but you have to get one that's in your price range, because they are fairly expensive. Macbook or Macbook Pro are good choices. Also, iMac's are good if you don't want a laptop. I'm glad you like my videos. And, yes I'm going to cover most of those songs at some point!

O well that's really good to know because i i'm goin to start saving for one now. And yeah for the MacBook Pro, is there a webcam on it? I'm assuming an iMac is an iPod sized Mac? But yeah, can't wait to see those when they come up. I play guitar too and can play most of the songs you can but i don't think as good. I'm working on soloing and stuff. But i need to buy some 0.11 or 0.12 guages for Drop A and B, right now i'm tuned to Drop B on 0.10s. Long ass comment sorry dude

The macbook pro has a GREAT webcam. Did you know that every video i've uploaded here has been recorded on my macbook pro webcam? It's true! Also, the iMac is a desktop mac. It's the size of a normal home computer (well it's a little smaller and slimmer).

I found that backing track today its awesome, my timing isnt as good as yours though, Good cover while I'll be honest and I didnt like the tone that much sorry. but you should try Cowboys From Hell that'd be awesome \m/ Rock On!

Thanks. I used the Garageband application on my Mac. I can't remember if I used a noise gate, I probably did.
