You should do a video on how to make garlic sauce... A local lebanese cuisine here makes the most amazing garlic sauce I've ever tried.. I always get extra garlic on my shawarma and with my potatoes. I talked to the owner and he said he has a very expensive machine in the back room that makes all their garlic and hummus so I don't know if you could make it without some sort of machine? BUT words that start with "Alef Lam" like الولد الكلب الشمس, DO NOT have a hamza involving the first alef !!
