@cuhstuba00 You can see plenty of other videos of VSU Horsepower but to answer the question VSU is Virginia State University located in Petersburg, VA about 30 minutes from the capital (Richmond). BSU (Bowie State University) is located in Bowie, Maryland.

Bowie was further up the street and by the time they marched around to their buses on the other side of the building and finished kicking down, VSU was already in the building changing to leave. BSU blocked up outside and did a few call outs and the rest is on tape...
