I'll explain: his jet contrails (the smoke an engine leaves in the air as it travels) are consistent and energetic enough to remain in air for entire days (rather than vanish after a few minutes like normal), and it travels such long a distance that NORAD (google it) can record its movement.

It's basically a metaphor to how consistent/effective his rhymes are and how much impact his bars cause. That's how I see it, anyway. You can ofc to part me on this.
