  • Ron Tyson Ain't no EDDIE!~~the only one that could pull Eddie off Is Damon Harris from B-more!~case closed!~

  • Who are the other two that aren't Dennis, Melvin, and Otis?

  • @FuckTruckPluck

    Richard Street and Ron Tyson

  • You still need Otis because he made the background sound great. So David, Paul, Eddie, Melvin, Otis, the Classic Tempts were the best.

  • @qwertymanor THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!! i keep trying to tell these folks !!!!! Otis had the HARDEST note in the Temptations harmony structure...the 2nd tenor is the glue that holds the Baritone & First Tenor together !!

  • damon harris was better then this guy but its watever, there never be another eddie kendrick

  • Awww someone gave Dennis a flower :)

  • The Ruffin and Eddie days can never be duplicated but these guys have done the Temps music justice.

  • Dennis had the most soulful voice.

  • i would prefer a line up with david, dennis, ali ollie woodson, eddie, paul and melvin.

  • I would have loved to see a line up with Dennis,Paul,David,Richard,Eddie and Melvin

  • @tempfan84 Saw them when I was 14! Best concert I EVER saw ;)

  • Y'all are refering to the the Ruffin lineup as the original lineup. This is not true Ruffin took founding member Elbridge bryant's place in 63

  • 1982..... *****

  • The Ultimate Temptations Lineup would be

    David,Dennis,Ali,Eddie,Paul,Melvin and Otis

    hands down.

  • i have nothin against otis...but i rather put richard in otis place

  • neffiebanks, I like your lineup big time because you gave ali some love, and that boy is bad, however we would need richard, and any of the tenors after eddie because david eddie, dennis and ali too, had big egos and would leave the group or get fired! but I like your idea.

  • 1statone i agree this was a great lineup, even when dennis left and ollie was in the group, no desrect to the great david and eddie.

  • To be honest, the original line-up was THE BEST,but this was a great lineup too. The PERFACT lineup would have been David, Eddie, Melvin, Paul,Dennis and Ali. I don't see a problem with a sixth man group. What do you think.

  • 1statone i agree this was a great lineup, even when dennis left and ollie was in the group, no desrect to the great david and eddie.

  • Clearly one of the Temps best lineups.

    Den,Richie,Ron,Mel and O.

  • some of the stuff that had Ron AND Dennis (together again) was great! they worked well together. in Fact, together again is my favorite album as far as Dennis' work with the temps.

  • brill, thanks for posting !!
