You will feel like your chest is contracting the worst feeling as theres nothing you can do about it, doesnt matter what position you put yourself in your in pain! but rest assured the pain and discomfort will stop. I had a sunken chest like you did and it bothered me for some years. I can tell you that it is worth it and changed the way I looked and felt about myself for the better.

later i got a neumonia i don't really know why but now i'm very satisfied whit the results
