very nice looking models. I would probably say give the rest of them a wash as well as the contrasting colours look quite sharp on the edges if you don't either blend the areas up or use a wash.
I would probably say use a lighter wash than what you did on the assault cannon, or water down the devlan mud just a bit so that it doesn't go on as heavy, or just do some dry brushing for highlighting after a wash.

They are primed with black primer, lightly drybrushed with boltgun metal, then the details are picked out, the shields are chaos black as are the shoulder pad insets.
