Oh, I still hear her Voice when she used to say" This is my child" its mine, if you want to see her come over here. lol.

She wanted to completely control my life even after divorce, but she fucked with wrong father. A Father that its willing to die Fighting. And I was prepared for any kind of Fight. And thanks god it started in court and ended there peacefully. I got what I wanted and everything is good.

1 year plus $30,000 in courts, plus lost work time. Family courts are corrupted.

The Funny thing is that in Most child custody cases the Father is accused of Child Abuse or threat to the Mother. The Mothers Attorney advise Mothers to make false claims as it assure them 100% victory. Its called Silver Bullet.

Many cases Father is not permitted to be with his Children, but is allowed to be with other children! Like raise other children example his New GF has Children. its a cycle Fathers still raise and support children, they just not allowed to raise theirs.

I am sorry to hear about your story, but there are two sides to every story. My child father complains about not seeing her, and blames me, saying I am a Bitch and all, but I choose not to let him see my child because he has threatened phyical harm against me, and threatened to take my child from me. I notice you are in the UK, I know here in the US non-costodial parents have rights to visitation to their children.

Thank you for your comment. In the UK we are working towards a 'rebuttable' presumption of shared parenting which means this would be the 'norm' unless there is a very good reason otherwise. Once again thank you for your comment.

@1229Ashnik, Ok, you see why Ur child Father is angry at you. Because you use the Court to alianate him from his child. He threatened physical harm, smth My ex used in court to get full custody of my daughter.

Just like my ex you use the child to Hurt the father. I won Joint Custody, and the False acusations were dropped ( request of state).

This is an everyday story in the U.S. My stepdad went through similiar stuff with his ex wife with his biological kids. Programming them to hate him and lying to them. That's what she is doing to his daughter

A child likely thinks the alienated parent must have done something to deserve being demoted from parent to visitor. How else could a child rationalize it?

Forced, unequal custody for fit, willing parents is CHILD ABUSE!!! Family court judge imposters are the WORST child abusers. They deal in human trafficking to create and perpetuate litigation - profits for lawyers and psychologists.

In the US, federal funding based on the number of child support orders incentivizes unequal custody.

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Despite the bad publicity Fathers Rights organizations in the UK have received their members are not all criminals but include doctors, teachers, even childminders, who are in the same position as yourself.

If you contact F4J or FNF you will benefit from their experience. It is very difficult to fight the system on your own.
