@zayel123 haha. just remember your basic bone and muscle mechanics, grab the lip of the floor portal as your falling, flip out towards the floor and do a somersalt as you land, to translate the force more horizontally to avoid breaking your limbs or your back. To avoid breaking your shoulders or your hands, make sure your not going too fast already, swing your body using your finger and elbows /before/ it reaches your shoulders. then let go. Simple!!! :D in short, grab portal and pray!

Theoretically speaking, if you were to fall into a portal in an infinite loop, you build up so much velocity that you would start burning from the force if the air particles hitting your skin (aka air friction). If you some how can survive that with some sort of armor or something you would eventually build up so much momentum that you would be traveling faster than the speed of light, causing you to travel back into the past (time travel).
