I have 3 dogs, and put all those Walmart sacks to good use! Grass is at a premium here in Alaska and also a very dog friendly place, so we would be in trouble if everyone didnt pick up the poopie lol.

Yes, I got my license in Japan. I had to take classes -- went to motorcycle school. It is the easiest way. OTHERWISE you get failed. Going through a school prety much guarantees you get it.
