I agree. It is just so unfair to trick people like me into signing a loan when I have no idea that the payments are gonna go up by 300%! I am a hardworking man, not a banker. There should be some sort of law preventing loans from being made like mine. How do you explain to your child that you can't buy them presents because you ain't got no money left. Or even worse that you get thrown out of your home. Americans don't deserve this.

Hi! 30 years ago I Bought my second House in Perth for $30,000 now is $600,000 in that period wages has trebled but housing is 20 times more dear! What is pumping prices up? It does seem like the rich are getting richer. Obama seems to be intent though on changing that at I bet that he follows Warren Buffets' advice to dramatically increase the estate tax. House prices and wages generally rise in unison over time so I guess your house is going to be worth a lot less soon or wages are going to go up.
