Leave it up to Kenmore/Whirlpool (the people who uploaded this video) for propaganda. Regardless of what type of washer/dryer pair you have, some things should only be line dried. I never put any garment I care about that's made out of cotton in the dryer.
AND THE BALANCING IS ALSO TERRIBLE IS THE WASHER IT TANGLED UP ALL OF MY VERY EXPENSIVE SUITES EVEN ON HAND WASH AND PUSHES EVERYTHING TO ONE SIDE IT'S WACKED OR SOMETHING. AND P.S. I AM VERY ANAL WITH THE WAY THAT I WASH MY CLOTHES I SORT EVERYTHING PROPERLY AND THIS WASHER JUST DID NOT DO IT FOR ME AND I AM SURE THAT I AM NOT THEY ONLY ONE WITH THESE PROBLEMS!!!
ALSO THE DRYER IS VERY VERY LOUD AND OBTRUSIVE IT HAS TWO MOTORS SO THE BLOWER OUTSIDE IS VERY POWERFULL IF IT'S IN A BASEMENT IT'S FINE I WOULD NOT RECOMMMEND PUTTING THIS DRYER IN THE MAIN HOUSE IT'S VERY ANNOYING JUST LIKE A LOUD DISHWASHER TERRIBLE. THIS DESIGN IS TERRIBLE AND VERY EXPENSIVE TOO LITTLE WATER HORRIBLE CLEANING CHEAPLY MANUFACTUARED AND EXPENSIVE TO PURCHASE STAY AWAY TRUST ME ON THIS LOOKS BIG AND IMPRESSIVE BUT IS VERY DECEIVING AND A JUNK HONEST!!!!!!

AND THE BAFFLES IN THE MATCHING DRYER ARE WAY TO SHORT TO TUMBLE THE LOAD EFFECTIVELY BECAUSE THE DRUM IS TOO BIG AND IF YOU DON'T LOAD ACCORDING TO WEIGHT IN THIS DRYER THE CLOTHES SHUT OFF DAMP AND THIS LADY WON'T TELL YOU THAT BUT i WILL IF SHE SAYS THAT THEY DON'T SHE IS LYING . AND IN ORDER TO FIX THIS PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO SELECT MORE DRY INSTEAD OF NORMAL OR JUST USE TIMED
my sister also has one of these washers and she says that she is not thrilled with it either it just don't clean right at all and the wash action is terrible trust me your better off with a agitator design whirlpool kenmore top load these things are junk she thinks her clothes are getting clean let's rewash the clean load in my kenmore and I can guarantee anybody that you will see some dirty water honest!!!!!!!!
