Tekken 6 (HD) Review and Gameplay!!!

I only had 2 issues with this game. That's the lousy controls in the scenario campaign, and the load screens. But other than that I have no complaints. It's probably one of the most balanced fighters I've ever played.

i cant agree with the rage mode its really not necessayr. Adding that upset me because it just basically made people super strong when no one needs a come back factor this isn't brawl. Even if someone has a near perfect they still can win.O well maybe its jst me.plus i think it lost its realism since most the characters can bounce one another of the ground tekken was super real b4..i rated the game a 9/10 lost 1 thing for the story.Also i love dpad i jst dislike the arcade stick. thts a personal

tekken 3 was my best fighting game ever. but after later parts came in, it is not anymore. Now it looks like final fantasy, there are no fighting styles just kicking and punching. it use to was all about realistic fighting and showing that different characters have a different fighting styles, speed and abilities. now it is all about costumes and graphics. 6/10 TEKKEN 3 forever

This was a bad Tekken sequel. Not better than its predocessor. The game doesn't even have a bgm select. Not to mention the music is shit. The graphics are good but not that big of an improvement. The gameplay is terrible. It feels so sluggish and is really annoying to play. Tekken 5 was to fast, they slowed this one down but didn't fix the gameplay. It only has one mini which is shit! Tekken 5 had five mini games!!! The good points are networkplay, and characters select. This game is shit!

Why do people want certain games on certain systems, I say they make NO games exclusive to any console, and then 360 players can play against, or with, PS3 players, more players = less waiting times in lobbies. More players = more fun, FULLSTOP! I win, I rule, I iz beast!

quite honestly man, you need to REVIEW. in this u seem to be just another ignorant person showing his bias on youtube for tekken. the soundtrack is'nt made to "synch with my moves". its made to fit the stage. thats why the soundtrack is stage bgm and not character bgms. also, for someone who seems to know alot about story u should know that tekken as a fighting game has a nice story to it. this isnt virtua fighter, where you only hear about story if you were to read the book.

i have xbox360 with tekken 6 and its sooooo hard to play with that controller your press run it jumps your press down its diagonal ughh but sometimes combining the analog with moves you cant do is pretty comfortable and you get use to it...

i think tekken 6 is unfair when your fighting a character they keep hiting u and don't get a chance to hit them back as your character falls the person your fighting keeps hiting u and that creates an unfair advantage for u after i played it i didn't like it that much.

i was dissapointed to find that the scenario mode completely sucked, the controls were so crappy!

Good review. I havent played a Tekken game for a while since part 5 for the ps2. I thought Street Fighter 4 kicked ass and this 5th Tekken sequal looks just as great.

I find that RPG stuff at the beginning odd and the weird story like you pointed out in a fighter like this, but still it looks good.

I just hope if they make an eventual movie out of this that that hack of a director Uwe Boll stays wawy from it! :D

but ive been following it from the START. Basically, take it like this, Jin had a devil gene, he lost it now, Kazuya won the iron fist tournament 6 and now controls G-Corp AND Mishima Zaibatsu. in this position, Kazuya will return as Devil Kazuya, which is restoring himself, something he tried to do since Tekken 4. Story is very hard to follow in Tekken, but once you get it, it's fantastic.

For real! For example. A mandatory system update fucked up while it was flashing the new firmware. Sony is at fault for making it so it's unable to roll-back if something goes wrong. My system froze while the firmware was flashing and reset. And then it couldn't read discs, it'd just bring up errors. They charged me over 100$ just to flash it back to a previous firmware. Sons of bitches. Thats why I never update with the internet connection anymore. I always DL to PC then use flash drive.

I wouldn't say we're idiots. Honestly it's got a lower failure rate than Xbox 360, but when it fails it's just as bad. And since people sued Microsoft they HAVE to fix their fatal flaws for free... Unfortunatly not enough people have had problems with their PS3s for there to be a winning class action lawsuit. So we're kinda stuck paying them to fix it. It makes me mad, but I have an original 60GB model, and I still havent paid 600 into it like it's original price tag.
