I heard about this long before I actually saw the episode, and it's so much better than I imagine it. I love how the camera angle changes and the way he says it.
The greatest Kent Brockman scene ever. I wish I could find the scene of Homer and Barney fighting like in Star Trek TOS. It was part of the original airing of this episode but cut out of the syndicated version. I fucking hate it when "they" do shit like that.
Brockman rules - I also like the follow-up where he recants the above statements and re-affirms his allegiance to the human race (all while a 'Hail Ants' sign is hanging on the back studio wall).
I love how quickly they whipped up that graphic at the end.

just so you all know, when the giant space ants conquer Earth in real life, I will be collaborating with them.
I would do anything if it means I won't be a slave.
of course, once the revolution starts gaining steam and it becomes obvious to me that the ants are on the way out, I will defect to the human side.
I only hope that I will not be executed for betraying the human race.

I would betray the human race in an instant, without hesitation, in exchange for a shiny new bicycle. Blue, please.

I noticed my mistake immediately after posting the comment. I was very close to taking it down, but meh, I live by my errors.

And I live by ultimately pointless pedantry!
Wait, did I begin a sentence with a conjunction?
OH SHI-

And I, for one, welcome our new Simpson overlords.

I like how they prepared a graphic of ants whipping a human slave in advance.
