It probably WAS a mortgage she could afford when it was at like 6% that they assured it could stay at. Double up a mortgage you can afford and see if you can still afford it. Now add a third payment. It's illegal for the banker to tell a consumer a lie its against the consumer bill of rights and a risk that a bank wouldn't want to take or else they would get sued. If you buy a balloon mortage its common sense that it would go up later cuase its obviouslly too good to be true and also in the contract. Its like those stories about selling your soul to the devil. I feel really bad for that woman but I don't think people should hate McCain for this. It's not like he's a crook or these homes are just given to him. I mean He earns his money right? So he should be able to buy what ever he wants. Some people just cant afford the houses they live in an they hope for the best. I lost the house I grew up in on LI,NY an it was the hardest thing to go through but I don't hate wealthy people for it. I just couldn't pay for it anymore because of a great job I lost.

Well, I assume if he died between now and election day, the republicans would choose another ticket to represent the party. But if he were to win and he died between election day and inauguration day, I would assume that Sarah Palin will assume the title of President of the United States. She is the VP Pick of the republican party after all.
