It doesn't look as good as original NES game. Bike jumps too high and goes too fast so you don't have to work hard with every obstacle.

This error is made constantly. They did this with Xenoblade, Sin and Punishment, etc. They seem to think anything that isn't Mario belongs on other consoles, and are forgetting that Nintendo either publishes these games or makes them. They should either deal with it or get a Wii.

Tip: You'll notice at parts when you become great at the game that when you do a wheelie jump with turbo at a ramp, some ramps you completely miss or go a bit far, for example, instead of a smooth landing you land past it or whatnot (or there's no ramp ahead the one you jumped off of). To get faster landing times with these ramps, use only the turbo when you come to the ramp, instead of using it with the Wheelie Jump - in fact, using these tips you can avoid all but 3 Wheelie Jumps in Kyoto!

@jvgsjeff - Ah, this is because you might be holding the Wii Remote wrong. I found this out myself - you're meant to have the buttons facing the sky, not at your face, if you use the Normal style gameplay. Thanks to that I use it all the time!

How does this work with the Wii mote? IS it any good because if it's not i'm not going to spend the points on it until i get the SNES looking mote.

@Smokey000027: Yes, it controls a lot like the NES game (especially if you use the "classic" control setting). The only difference is that after a crash (or after overheating), you shake the Wii remote to recover quicker, instead of mashing buttons. But it controls great.

the whole friend code system is BULL! if people are going to go on websites and exchange codes anyways why don they just have it so you exchange codes in games.
