Saw these guys live many years ago, amazing! My daughter was riveted to her seat because she recognized the song from lion king! Acapella is incredible because you get to hear the voice not the background music, the voices become this incredible instrument.

This song is not from the group on the Cover. It's the original Nylons Version. The highest part is Claude (The one with the mustache) and the bass is by Arnold (The guy on the far left). The other two parts are by Mark (the other high part) who died in the early 90s and Paul (The baritone part) who left the band.

This is the version most Canadians my age (30+) know. I think it's just as good as the Tokens version in my humble opinion. By doing it a capella, I feel it's more faithful to its roots as 'Mbube'. And the way they whisper 'Simbah' at the end is a very clever 'coup de grace.'
