The guitarist is Nick Nastos (or similar spelling) and it is from the album recorded in Sweden. I have it.

Yes, it is. I only know this recording of Guitar Boogie, 1969 with Cawley and Nolte they did 'Fingers on Fire'
Ah--if it has "Fingers On Fire", then it's recorded "Live at The Bitter End"...
