  • I could listen to this all day!

  • Season 1 DVD released - 5th March

After the Feast released - 15th March

    Sky season 2 premier - 2nd April

Well, I'm going to have to buy my girlfriend something VERY nice to make up for disappearing for the next few weeks...

  • The night is dark and full of turnips. Let us all pray for venison, my children, with some onions and a bit of tasty gravy

  • Let us all rest on the Drowned God watery halls!

  • THE OLD GOD'S ARE THE ONLY ONE'S TO WHOM I OWE FEALTY!!!

  • 17 epic seconds of my life :)

Btw does anyone knows what happens to Bran? I've searched and they don't have anything going on about him :\

  • @AmyKaulitzTheRugrat you shall see :) *VERY MINOR SPOILER* Not a lot will happen with him til later on the series, but he has a part to play. S

  • @AmyKaulitzTheRugrat not going to spoil too much, but at the end of book 2, he was alive and on the run. Still paralyzed, betrayed by one he thought close, and yet, with staunch friends and his younger brother, learning what he is and what this odd ability he has is...second sight, prediction, ..and how to control and use it. To truly understand all, you have to read the books, but the series so far has done VERY well at explaining what is the most necessary.

  • violets are blue

    weddings are red

    after the storm

    everyone's dead

  • Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor Hodor

  • Fuck!! This turns me on!! I am so having a nerdgasm right now!!

  • GOD DAMNIT CBS NOW THERES NO POINT TO WATCH THE SHOW, THIS CLIP SPOILED THE WHOLE SEASON!

  • @aggelospot Umm... this show is produced by HBO, and A Clash of Kings was barely about the whitewalkers. A Clash of Kings is more about how the war rose to its peak at Blackwater, with the Ironborn in the north and the Wolf in the riverlands. Oh, and about Renly, getting a peach, if you know what I mean.

  • HELL YEAH! EPICOCITY!

  • The night is dark and full of hodor

  • @Robbie59 You win at life

  • @Robbie59 "the night is dark and full of turnips".- Pyp

  • "What do we say to the God of death"?

  • @liquidsword29 Not today.

  • @liquidsword29 not today...thats what we say to the Stranger...not today

  • it was a bear full of HAIR , i don't remember the song :(

  • Wild fire.

  • The night is dark, and full of turnips!

  • @angryshack May I suggest you read the book?

  • @siyengar9821 What do you mean read the book? Only way to get the "The night is dark, and full of turnips!" reference is if you read the books, in which that quote was from ADWD.

  • @angryshack Sorry about that buddy.

  • whats the onion thing about?

  • @liamers You'll see ;)

  • @liamers davos smuggled onions to staniss during war of the usurper while he was besiged by tyrell/targaryen forces in storms end (castle of baratheons in stormlands)

  • @liamers so he took ship and onion as his sigil when staniss made him knight after war

  • Winter is coming....

    No winter is here !!!!!!!

  • Hodor?

  • @JamesFordchile Hodor!!!

  • Waiting for book 6 and hoping he didn't kill off one of my favorite characters. Wont say any more so I don't spoil book 5 for anyone.

  • @Dblo707 I'm on page 714 of book 3. I also have book 4, all I'm missing is Book 5. Book 3 had a lot of surprises I'm almost as scared as excited to start book 4 to know what awaits all the characters.

  • @NiqhTmarePixiex3 I'm in the middle of the 4th, it keeps getting better and better, a lot of omg wtf moments! I cried at some point in the 3rd lol, you know which part.

  • @mitxelus just began the 4th book I'm still on the very first pages though. And yes I wanted to cry at that part too. I think that's why I love the books so much, everything you don't expect to happen does. I love it.

  • I doubt their going to Kill off Arya Stark. She's one of the strong characters and isn't meant to die yet, besides it would ruin the series with the losses of the other characters for season 3. I know the show doesn't closely follow the books, but it stayed true to book 1. I think it should still do that.

  • @NiqhTmarePixiex3 have you read any of the books?

  • "The Night is Dark and full of Turnips." - Pyp.

  • The night is dark and full of Hodor!!

  • Father may you judge us fairly

Mother may you protect all that is innocent

Warrior may you bless the rightious with vigor and courage

Maiden may you cherish and keep all the beauty of this world

Smith may you give strength to all those who labour for survival

Crone may you give wisdom to all who seek it

Stranger, god of death .... not today, not today

  • what is this quote from?

  • @scmbg46 A Clash of Kings. Stannis says it first if I remember correctly then other characters start saying it through out the novels.

  • @scmbg46

It's part of a prayer to the Red God.

  • like lord of the rings!!! ^^

  • Winter is coming.. AND SO AM I!!

  • This and Skyrim... the two things i love now....

  • @MizansChannel93 Skyrim is great but full of errors :/

  • I heard they may change the course different from the books to keep fans guessing. So it won't go exactly according to the books .. also I do like some of the improvements. I like "White Walkers" better than "Others."

  • @AuburnDetroitTiger they would only change the little things otherwise they would get too caught up in there own story line and the show would end up being a happy-go-lucky spin off of the books. A reason i love the books is because it's dark and greusome and george tends to kill off anyone you grow attached to.

  • @MrOwen2012 aww man but did he live atleast somegood characters?

  • @KillingMachine9000 Do you really want to know that?

  • may you all take an arrow to the knee!

  • Sam's slippery whale...sigh do we HAVE to wait a few more seasons for that?

  • The night is dark and full of onions!

  • Arya learned to shoot with a bow in season 2. My Knee is ready.

  • VALAR MORGHULIS!

  • April 2012...

Jee... They were right. It's going to be a loonng winter indeed.

  • gaaah! im not going to have HBO when this comes out! :(

  • R'hllor, Lord of Light, have mercy and deliver us from the overused Skyrim jokes that stopped being funny after reading them for the hundredth time ...

  • @AbyssalGigantism I just watched several youtube videos which had nothing to do with skyrim ... then i took an overused joke in the knee. *smirk*

  • @AbyssalGigantism

Skyrim is on par in its field with this. Respect it.

  • @AbyssalGigantism The internet is dark and full of terrors.

  • @AbyssalGigantism I used to find those jokes irritating... wait

  • @AbyssalGigantism Amen!!! Skyrim is boring and full of errors!!!

  • @AbyssalGigantism R'hllor grants your request, then took an arrow in the knee.

  • @AbyssalGigantism please say that infront of a weirwood next time friend

  • @AbyssalGigantism I used to be R'hllor, Lord of Light, before I took an arrow to the knee.

  • @painfulgrapeshot You aren't funny.

  • @scapelife Mnnhuh! (while sticking tongue out)

  • @painfulgrapeshot R'hollor, Lord of Light. We call upon you and your protection. For the Night is Dark and ful of Skyrim jokes!

  • Hodor Hodor Hodor?

  • Tywin Lannister executes Hodor

  • @unclejimbo827 Why would you even do this? It's really not cool. This series is very entertaining, not only you are screwing it for fans but for HBO too. Please, remove your comment.

You've made me very dissapointed, honestly, no satisfaction in doing it to others.

  • @42KaKa I'm just kidding, it's Tywin that is murdered by Tyrion while taking a shit.

  • @unclejimbo827 ahahaha I see what you did der....

  • The night is Dark and Full of terrors. It is actually a Chant to the Lord of Light, which Mellisandre and Stannis are worshippers of.

  • Winter Is Coming......In April :)

  • @1989DarthBalls fuck stark`s words!

  • @LCHC1 winter is coming for you

  • @1989DarthBalls daaaaammn i can't wait that long :(

  • @1989DarthBalls GAWD DAMN WHY NOT NOW!? I WANT TO MAKE A SNOWMAN!!!

  • For whenever kings clash, land trembles.

  • my body is not ready!!!!!

  • They'll prune you when you least expect it.

  • @Eckendenker The Seven bless Dolorous Edd )

  • @TheLahness lol fuck you man just fuck youuuu. i saw like 10 videos of that shit this morning and i have just so much respect for this series and when i saw this comment it was just such a what the fuck moment lol.

  • @TheLahness Oh my god there would be an arrow to the knee comment on here.

  • @TheLahness as Skyrim fan I like seeing this joke on random YT videos, just warms my gamers heart.

  • the night is dark and full of this potential new youtube meme

  • The knight is baseborn and missing fingers...

  • The night is dark and full of Others.

  • Logically, it would be Stannis. But in the second book, he said it only once, but and when he did I don't think he had the same tone as in the video.

  • "We swore a vow," explained old Ser Gerold.

Ned’s wraiths moved up beside him, with shadow swords in hand. They were seven against three.

"And now it begins," said Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning. He unsheathed Dawn and held it with both hands. The blade was pale as milkglass, alive with light.

"No," Ned said with sadness in his voice. "Now it ends."

i cant believe they cut the tower of joy from season one.... the most epic scene in all 5 books

  • @philly3rotk Probably because they were limited to 10 episodes, I doubt they thought it was instrumental to the plot to show this so they cut it, I'm also sad because it was a badass moment :P

  • @philly3rotk There is no logical way to include that scene in a motion picture. Also it would have been inconsistent with the chapters the producers are including in the series. None of the "memories" of the characters are filmed. Some are referenced but that's all. I don't think they ever will. On a side note though this was as epic as it gets :D. Ned Stark should have lived at least through half of the second book... meh...

  • @philly3rotk A show drops all subtlety. It had Renly and Loras' relationship obvious. If they showed all the little hints normally enveloped by the sheer volume of the text, viewers would figure everything out far too easily. It the show his flashback was merely alluded to by the sounds of the clashing of swords and the close up of Eddard's eyes. I agree it was an amazing scene but the books cannot put all the minor hints on the screen or is is too easy "Promise me Ned." was also downplayed. :)

  • @cherubagent544 i understand. i just think that dawn (the sword is very important) its the only blade that looks like the weapons the OTHERs use. then it shows a little bit of badassness with Ned and the super awesome Sir Arthur Dayne. i just feel like that should be put in at some point even if its via bran and the weirwood.

  • @philly3rotk I figure that one of the other Dayne's will mention it at some point. Dawn is the only blade not made of Valyrian steel that is considered better than most weapons, and is made from the core of a fallen star, so I can easily see it being significant

  • @cherubagent544 ya i hope it goes some air time. i would love to see what it looks like, because it looks like the weapons the OTHEs or WW use. arthur dayne should get some mention, what happend that night at the tower of joy could answer alot of questions in the long run. R+L=J for ex, although i dont think its true.

  • @philly3rotk *spoilers* Well either way, every 'clue' in a TV show is easily torn apart, them might simply choose to allude to past events rather than describing them, as the ommision of certain details and inclusion of others would make the 'truth' far too easy to figure out, I am hoping Jaime will narrate reading from the white book or something

  • @cherubagent544 if jaime doesnt read from that book, i will just turn it off and not watch it ever again. that is a scene i feel is very important for jaimes "redemption", because he noes he needs to add to that book or perish a kingslayer forever.

  • @philly3rotk Yeah, I really really hope that will be included! And it ought to be, it is a wonderful opportunity for him to read aloud and show some lore to the TV-only fans

  • Stannis saying this?

  • The Dark Knight confirmed for season 2

  • I imagine this has to be Stannis talking, since either he or possibly Beric Dondarrion would be the only male characters to use this phrase.

  • @IdrilSilmaure thoros of myr?

  • @LCHC1 Actually yeah, could be - does he show up in Clash of Kings? Can't really remember him or even Dondarrion for that matter until Storm of Swords but I may be wrong.

  • @IdrilSilmaure neither of them, but robb and jaime show up only little but we here of their actions, so they will put more of them then in the books

  • @IdrilSilmaure Possibly the Onion Knight as well. Seeing as how much interaction he has with Melisandrie.

  • The Knight is dark and full of onions.

  • Fuck yes

  • April 2012? FML

  • I get chills every time I see it...

    CAN'T WAIT.

  • The dark is dark and dark of darkness.

  • The night is dark and full of Turnips

  • Maester Cressen, Rest in Peace

    You did your best.

Now it is all in flames.

  • this tv show is highly recomended , it is the best i'v ever seen

  • 25 dislikes are man of Lannisters

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • The dark knight is full of terrors.

  • Can't wait for Arya Stark to grow up and kick some ass.

  • @3ssaf well, you will wait a long time then

  • @GodUd6589 Vengeance, people grow faster when its in their mind.

  • @3ssaf like all good characters, she will die too!!

  • @3ssaf arya dies in the second episode of season 2

  • @grenadezeroone and @Bilalk85: Martin released five books, meaning at least another 4 seasons of Game of Thrones. Don't wanna spoil it, but we're gonna see more of Ayra. Requiescat in pace :)

  • @3ssaf @grenadezeroone @Bilalk85: Book 6 should be coming next year or so :D I'm more interested to see how Dany trains the dragons for war :) I just started book 3 but the shows are a nice break from my imagination. The white walkers were exactly how I pictured them.

  • @Spicykani I hope that Dany will cross path with the starks, and use some of her dragons against the legendary white walkers. Martin spends an appreciated time in building his characters, animals included.

  • @Spicykani Dragons have always felt kind of lame and nerdy to me, but I have to admit what he's done with them has been pretty alright. I've always liked what was going on North of the wall. Since he separates an almost normal world geographically with a slightly (but believable) supernatural place it almost seems like it has a kind of dramatic new frontier aspect about it. Dragons are just.. lame fantasy lore redone in every fantasy book ever. Same old same. The adventure is to the north

  • @grenadezeroone Oh I love everything about the wall. I'm on book 3 right now, which has proven to be the hardest one to put down so far :)

  • @Spicykani it is the next books are not as good...

    srr for disappointing u

  • @memyselfandDaniel I think your name should be @memyselfandDowner :(

  • @Spicykani it's not a bad thing to have your expectations lowered a bit.. 4 and 5 have a very different pace from 2 and 3.. I still loved both.

  • @Taco1551 You've hit the nail on the head

  • @Spicykani Hahaha did u just make a Youtube account for this comment XD

  • @memyselfandDaniel haha no,I noticed that after I hit "post". LOL!!! Some poor chap has a very depressing account name.

  • @memyselfandDaniel i'd say the only slightly disappointing book is feast for crows, didnt care much for all the politics and the frickin iron born. how is dance with dragons not epic as fuck?!!

  • @rizoinabox It is a good book but I just don't think it is "AS good as part three" Just due the fact that there isn't AS much exitment.

  • @grenadezeroone Are you sure they're just going to do the fire scene like in book 2? When she saves biter and the other 2 and then dives into a fired ridden barn? Cause she lives in the books. I think killing Arya would be a huge mistake for HBO. Where did you hear that she was going to die?

  • @Spicykani Mostly I made it up. haha. I hope they show more naked daenerys she's so cute
