if you remove the differentials and make them solid axles it will get twice as much grip and will get stuck half as much

You just have to gear them down, then they won't fall apart so fast!

rear wheel needs more torque, but you can't really get much from those batteries, ah well good try.

try softer suspension with high ground clearance. in terms of tire selection... well it only comes in one quality, but i would suggest softer if you can get them to be soft.
