  • As much as it is wrong to give out the loan to jobless applicant who can't afford it, it is loan applicants' responsibility to apply the loan he/ she can afford after careful examinination of documents. Of course there are innocent victims. But, when I see those people who bought 4 houses without job or income and blaming government for OKing such loan. It was on program like 60 minutes. That lady in clip sickens me as much as sick il managed DC.

  • @xoxak888 that's a good point. And now the FHFA has an opportunity to correct the mortgage crisis. I think the folks at the New Bottom Line present a clear path in their report: Win WIn Solution. I'm curious to learn what you think about the solutions put forward in the report.

  • @xoxak888 i cosign this

  • Nice (fast) work Noel! Great collaborating with you. This is a great movement building direction for Occupations around the country. Over 28% of American mortgages are "underwater." It is time to Bail Out America - stabilize peoples' lives AND the economy.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are accountable to the public and they hold over 50% of the mortgages in this country. This is an opportunity to make a REAL difference in millions of people's lives.

  • @backbonebill thanx, it was great working with you, too! This movement is growing fast thanx to #OccupyWallSt
