There was a 1950's movie, "The Littlest Hobo", set in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. One scene depicted a Blessing of the Animals scene before the church known as La Parroquia. All the bells in the church's two towers were rolling, just like in this video. It was quite an impressive sight.
Moreover, it is not a tower but a simple wall, with "windows" hosting one or two bells each. For a complete (small) carillon, the littlest bells are hung behind the wall.

Ici l'association des cloches mais pourquoi vous nous maltraitez on se fait sonner par un marteau ou bien en petite balancoire mais pas en fesant la roue lol
Barbare ? on a toujours comme ça, par chez nous... et les cloches ne se sont jamais plaintes ! en plus, le deuxième coup casse la monotonie de la sonnerie de volée et la rend plus festive. Il y a du soleil dans nos sonneries !
