people make stuff like ps3 sucks because they are not for hardcore gamers. but why would people say ps3 sucks just because of that .A ton of people dont buy ps3 just for hardcore games, they buy it for multistuff.

you can either play games or watch movies **coughscoughsblueraycoughs* or anything that doesnt involve playing game =)

my sister bought a ps3 and she doesnt let me play a single darn game and in terms of performance ps3 is SLIGHTLY better i admit.

yea the 360 does scratc hdiscs. i MAINLY notice it in games that i usually play for long stretches and used t oplay alot like gta iv is all scratched up but stil lworks fien though. i know its not me because i take perfct care of my discs.

i got a ps3 for christmas, it works but the display isnt coming on so i cant hear or see nothing, can somebody please explain why this is happening otherwise £ 350 wasted :(

i think if your keep pressing the power button after u fist turn it on... u will hear the first beep, then if you keep holding you will here 3 beeps, and that should reset the display.

i need help! im after the PS3, im looking to get the 80GB PS3 would this be a good choice? in terms of GB, since i really want my money's worth. also i dont have a HD TV, i will be gettin one in the near future but will have to make do with a basic TV. but will it affect the gaming experiance and graphic's at all?

The 80GB would be my choice, well thats the one i got, and its very nice and i think i got my moneys worth. And yes, they will work fine with a stranded TV... thats all i had for a while.. but now i have an HDTV...

i think u have to contact Sony, restoring ur ps3 system wont do anything to ur PNS account, everything kept in their servers... But on one of my PSN accounts, i was fiddling around with the Account Management stuff, and it let me change the display name, but not the ID... but it wont let me change my display name on all of my accounts.

well, i got a job and saved up to buy a ps3. When i was first saving up the 80GB was $600, but the day it went down to $500, and i bought mine that day. but now i think the 80GB is $400, if not yet...soon. i saw the ps3 E3 08 conference and they said it would go down. You could look on eBay and stuff.

Over all. The ps3 is the most fun i have had with a game console ever. The ps2 great. But when i got stuck in a game or got board with a game, i wouldn't play it. The ps3 you can do so much more!

The new 80 gb is basicly a 40 gb with double the memory :( They stripped the chrome trim, ps2 compatibility, and 4 usb slots! WHAT THE HECK SONY!

should i buy a 360 or a ps3?the ps3 has some exlusives like folklore warhawk resistance and it supports ps2 and ps1 games, but the 360 has exlusives like mass effect and halo 3 and the 360 is cheaper, and it supports original xbox games and i have alot of those but it will die and you have to pay more for xbox live, but the psn is free. okay... well if it where me i personally would buy the ps3. It cost less in the long run. And it more reliable. The xbox360 has a large failure rate. It has wi-fi built into, their is no huge power brick... plus many new games are coming out this year for the ps3.

i would definetly o with the ps3 for online as home is coming games because their is an unbleivable line up coming this autumn and eveything is included in the price hard drive wifi memory card readers and rechargable controllers. the xbox has play back issues with some original xbox titles too. i cant recomend the ps3 enough

it looks fine my friend has a sdtv, with no "Bubble" and it almost looks hd. Its rear projection and looks great, only maybe a 20" TV.
