All ballots had to have been postmarked by November 1? Where is the "extenstion"??? Oh that is right, the extention is in receiving them. This is called an "extenstion"???? That is so fucking lame. Most states extend it without requiring it be postmarked the day before the election (which screwed me out of voting in 2008). NYS hypes the things it does worse than other states.
