@ROGER459 I bet you like me meet so many people in life who just want to attribute it all to karma - 'what goes around comes around' - but this passage in Jeremiah is the real truth of it: -It is God to gives to each man according to his ways... I always try to explain this passage to them. God bless.

(Ecc 12:14) For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
(Jeremiah 17:9-10) The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
(Jer 17:10) I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
