hey i over clocked my 2.4 to 3.0 and is very unstable i mean it will got fro 1999 to 2999 every 5-7 sec can you help me i did the tape mod ?

You mean 40Celcius at idle, means ur pc isn't using shit from ur CPU, so it also won't get hot, when u overclock it, idle temps do not increase much if im right, but when PC is using 100% of your CPU it will get alot hotter around 50 for games? especially GTA 4, I think ur pc will even reach 54Celcius, I just wanna say your pc is not running on maxium temp :-), btw the overclock u done is maybe a bit too high, I guess the lifespan will be much shorter.

set RAM to 5 5 5 15. i'm runnin' Q6600 @ 3,3GHz with no cooling;)

temps are 50-60´C

The 40c' are on summer with room temperature at30-32.

I'll try the 5-5-5-15.
