When i install the mod correctly, it gets to the main menu but then it closes and says:

MountFileSystem( 341 ) failed: SteamMountFilesystem(284,341,0­xa5efd64=,0xa5efc54) failed with error 5: No Steam Content Servers are available

I have CSS and HL2 completely installed and working, i've already played both, but it WON'T START!!!
