Even though it's been 11 months, I do have an answer to this. I just found a bootleg with the audio of this show called "Goodlife". It has this whole setlist, plus Surf Wax America and Buddy Holly from a show on 10/22 in Japan. It's available in perfect quality from the FM Broadcast of the show.

im upset about them cutting the good life lol. this is the best i have ever seen rivers perform and its also during his prime. and TGL is my #1 fav song, its heartbreaking..

but.. regardless.. this performance of buddy holly (not my favorite song but still good) is awesome. rivers never has this much energy now!
