I'll say Magic Mountain wins because it has 18 roller coaster and the only extreme thrills that DisneyLand has is Tower of Terror and California screamin.So if you go to Six Flags the whole family and thrillseekers will love the theme park!
Neither one is better. it just depends on what u like. If u like big roller coasters, then SFMM beats the shit out of Dland. but if u like smaller rides and happy/ fun themes, then go to Dland... so neither is better, they serve two completely different purposes

@frijolero01 True Disneyland has BETTER theming, but that doesn't make the theming at SFMM bad. It is actually quite good compared to some parks I've visited. Also, SFMM has some of the best landscaping I have ever seen at a theme park. The coasters are also spectacular. there does seem to be a good secection of kiddie rides as well

@frijolero01 Landscaping is the amount of trees and greenery placed in a park. SFMM takes advantage of trees and rocks to create a beautiful theme park. Have you ever been to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom? That place is little more than a few rides placed in concrete lots! I never trust staff members, but we all know better than to rely on them to do everything. I always enjoy the atmosphere, and to be honest, I prefer SFMM. However, nothing is wrong with having an opinion.

When is the last time you went? SFMM's new management team in the past 2 years or so has TOTALLY cleaned this place up. The park is SUPER CLEAN now, employees are generally happier than before and security is tighter. I haven't seen the gang problem in years.
It's a great commercial, but the thing is that it reminds people of Disneyland which is helping Disneyland in a way. You might think I want to go Disneyland because of this commercial.
When I went to this park, there were no gang fights. I think that's in the past. However, there prices should be higher because of how much rides cost in general. They don't deserve a new coaster this year, and next year. Shapiro is dumb!
gany fights was not the main thing behind it, Six Flags was 2 billion dollars in debt, and they needed to sell some of there parks, so Magic Mountain was gonna one of the parks going to be sold, but they decided not to becasue season pass rates were good. Now Six Flags is slowley but surely changing, i know becasue i've been to a special event there and the GM Tim Burkheart and Park President Jay Thomas was telling what they had in store for the park
Well, I've been to Magic Mountain more than I could count (almost every other weekend), and I have never seen gang fights. There may be some, but its not major problem. Usually it's two assholes who try to pick a fight about each other. Plus, Valencia is one of the safest places in the US.
I love the thrill rides at Magic Mountain, but i have to say Disneyland, it was made for familys, all there rides are great and have a great story to tell, Unlike how the old Managers were at Magic Mountain were like any open space, put a ride there, no themeing or nothing, no wonder Six Flags drew such rough crowds

Actually, its saftey. Gamg fights are not uncommon at Magic Mountain, and was almost shut down permately as a result.
