I can't say i'm suprised that aka, sparring at 3:28 lost his fight. He couldn't plant his feet, not sure if it was nerves or not but he needs to settle. If both your feet are off the floor, how do you move when the ushiro geri comes at you?
The whole "bounciness" thing is only good for sport IMHO. In kihon and kata the emphasis is on stability and posture. You're not gonna hop around in a real fight.
