Here's what should have gone down but when you read it back it still sounds illogical. Second last Impact taping before BFG: Angle beats Roode to retain the world title; last Impact taping before BFG: Storm beats Angle to win the title; at BFG, Roode beats Storm to win the title. It still sounds crazy but then again what has happened over the last few years seems strange. At least ratings are going up.

They certainly wouldn't need to insert fake crowd noise on TNA shows if John Cena joined. But seriously long term high ratings for TNA if Cena joined is not a given. Too many people compare WWE and TNA like they're on a level playing field. TNA are not on the map and don't exist for a substantial percentage of the wrestling fan base. It would, however, be a great opportunity for Cena to show a different side to his character that WWE don't allow in a PG environment.
