@MrStupidhunter well im reading a book at the minute by adam shand and carl williams spoke lots to him. and everyone in the book that knew carl said he was a very a very outgoing person. this is how he survived for so long. cos most people he knew and spent with inside prison actually like him, he was never a tough kid by his own admission. and this personality led others to underestimate him. i think he was scum like the rest of them but i suggest you do some research
