  • his depth is fine. your gains aren't any better going lower than he went, and if you're not in a powerlifting competition who gives a shit. anyone who thinks he's "not squatting deep enough" needs to get their head out of their ass.

  • @dustem69 His depth isnt fine. That isnt a full squat. His body isnt traveling through a full range of motion thus he isnt getting the full benefit from the movement.

  • @dustem69 actually total opposite of what you say people who dont squat in depth should get there head out there ass. By not going all the way down you arent working the hamstrings as much resulting in weak hams. Any trainer, power lifter or body builder that knows what they are doing will tell you to squat in depth. I you wanna work your sticky point from the parallel up then do box squats. Technique and Posture is the key in weight lifting not trying to lift the most at all times

  • @Bishiup I have never heard this term used ever. If you are squatting without the assistance of a suit or bands etc. then its just a squat. Not a "free squat"
