I am a US Citizen. I was married to a refugee immigrant. He pled to a DUI. Which got him on a deportation waiting list. He is the main support of the family. We have 3 kids and I am disable. What can I do to help him to stay in the US.

Figures from the Department of Public Social Services show that children of
illegal aliens in Los Angeles County collected over $21 million in welfare
and over $22 million in food stamps in March 2009 -- an increase of $1
million from the previous month, according to Los Angeles County Supervisor
