It's in 14 parts or something by user lersje (search secret life manic depressive). Quite excellent.

I do not want you depressed or tired. Remember to take your medication my friend. I still battle with my moods and it feel like I am being tugged by two storms. It sucks but taking medication, watching movies, and exercising help to balance it out. Eating healthy helps too Joe, take care.

I"m glad your ok, and that you updated. I watched your other videos awhile back, and wondered what happened to you. Hey, that misinterpreting thing, the not being able to say things right thing and the concentration thing...your not alone...that used to happen to me too! It helpes me to know that I'm not alone in that. It went away though : ) at least for now..Take care of yourself, and take your meds!!
