  • I train under his lineage very effective and a great man

  • It's a firmer, yet tensionless technique. It takes a long time to develop. Choi Shong Tin stood for about 5/6 hours per day, every day for about 3/4 years, and he had this amazing power at age 19. So, he's developed it into something unbelievably good, a power to beat tension, effortlessly. Thankyou Si Gung

  • This emergence of intent or thought is relating to the usage of a different type of power that can only be generated through practice of the correct Choi Shong Tin style. It's not a mystical secret. It's all about the use of a different part of your mind, which allows your muscles to work in a relaxed way, but that's not the relaxed way that most people think of (floppy).

  • Just to add a little for everyone, as the translation doesn't cover this: he mentions the "development of intent/thought" or Lop Nim ((Li Nian) 立念) when the translation mentions "Believe and Train" for the second time. For those who may not have heard of this before, it's because even people in our lineage find it extremely difficult to explain.
