  • religion is disgusting how stupid must you bee to follow it

  • pretty sure the Qur'an and Islam have a harsher stance on homos than the Bible and Christians but oh no we cant bash them ...this video is such hate propaganda!!

  • @jlawson113 See Leviticus 20:13

  • There was also a study on mercury poisoning that makes birds act homosexual :P

  • @BrothaJohn11 you're gay!

  • NOH8. Just love. Love & light.

  • God did not write the Bible. The Bible has been rewritten over and over again, been translated over and over again, that we do not actually know WHAT the original Bible said.

  • Wow. The "gay is an abomination" argument showing up in the comments on this video means that A) either some people didn't bother to listen to the information in this video, B) they heard "blah blah blah blah gay", or C) stupidity reigns.

  • Why the fuck won't YouTube let me share this video on Facebook?

  • @BrothaJohn11 There are a few flaws in your arguments. #1, Jesus never died on a cross. This has been proven by documents in the Vatican. #2, the oldest and most accurate Bible scribed in the time of Constantine has no mention of homosexuality being a sin, and much more, which were all added much later by a Pope who literally paid for his seat in "The Council of Trent" which was the 4th revision of the Bible. You should read the older more accurate version if you really believe God wrote it.

  • @BrothaJohn11 I normally try to be polite towards misinformed people, but...

Do you know why so many of them are miserable and commit suicide? Because people like YOU pus them to it by making them feel like something is wrong with them and threatening them with hell-fire!!! >:(

  • @BrothaJohn11 I really feel like the sacrifice of Jesus' is overstated. Most parents I know would die for their children. I have a friend who is so close to me I think I would die for them if necessary. He's not the first or last person ever to die for what they believed in. Furthermore, his sacrifice is somewhat diluted by the fact that he came back to life three days later. 'I will die for you...for three days...' is less impressive.

  • @BrothaJohn11 you make a lot of assumptions. And If he came back to life, it's not a sacrifice.

  • @BrothaJohn11 No points. Try again.

  • @ProportionalResponse Bzzz...What is ignorant christian dogma? I'll take literature for 500$ alex.

  • @BrothaJohn11 You offered nothing in a remote form of an argument. You just babbled. All of us are dumber now that we have read this. I reward you no points.

  • Gay is a life stile that can be change,, is only for them that whant to change , read Romens 8 .. The prson needs to renew his or her mind in the word of God but only if Tay whant to change.. If it's ok to be gay than why can tay reproduce them selfs,, because is not naurar,,. Well I hope I dint ofend anyone is only my opinion.

  • @32Aztec Your grammar is enough to kill any argument you have

  • @32Aztec you are straight, and your argument is based on a book. This means you actually don't really research about gay, but assume it's wrong and your opinion can't change. The gay are actually doing us a favor, with the earth becoming over-populated, since if they could they'd adopt lots of parentless childs. You are not offending anyone, but people who think like you often do.

  • @32Aztec - It's depend on what you label as "natural". What do you consider natural? By this, are you saying that since they cannot create children, they shouldn't be together? What about older couples and infertile couples? They must not be natural because they cannot have children, therefore, they should not be together. What sense does that make?

Sure, a homosexual person can have sex with a straight person to have a baby. Thats what's called a surrogate "parent". Doesn't change who u love.

  • @32Aztec lots of men and woman who are heterosexual cannot reproduce. Does that make them unnatural as well? Also lern ter spell. I read your post out loud and I sounded like I had down syndrome. Hint the read line underneath means its spelled incorrect.

  • The people at the church I used to attend say that gays are born with a "gay demon", and the demon needs to be exorcised out of the body:)

  • Note that all of the citations are from the U.S. Not saying that they're wrong but the only reason the American people tolerate gays better(in Asia, sometimes, gays are beaten to death...illegal of course, but still) is because of the whole political introduction of the whole gay thing. If America outlawed gays, then few would question it.

  • @DarkZerkerX Er if America had outlawed gays from the beginning that is.

  • @DarkZerkerX - Well, times change. Slavery used to be legal, Christian used to be the dominate religion, and racists used to be acceptable. Minds change with the times.

  • @RosyBibliophile Yes, however the race involves something you have no control over. Obviously, the most infamous thing Americans think about when slavery comes up was enslavement of blacks. However, slavery was usually a very harsh punishment in Europe and Asia when somebody commits something like treason or if they were POWs.

As for Christianity, it was only dominant in Europe and the Mid East. In Asia, it was a mix of Buddhism and the teachings of Confucius.

  • @DarkZerkerX - So you are saying you have total control whether you are homosexual or not? I woke up one day and said, "gonna be straight. Maybe bi. Hm, I'll have a homosexual phase too." It's not something you choose... Or if it is, why don't YOU choose to be gay? I mean, that's what you are telling homosexuals to be straight, why don't you go gay for a while? Maybe you'll like it. (Doesn't that sounds stupid?) Clarification, America = Religious freedom Christianity is no longer dominate.

  • No, it's not a choice. It's a mental illness. I'm not telling gays to be straight as it's like telling somebody with down syndrome to not be a down syndrome person, I'm telling gays to go LAY OFF THE PROTESTS. America seems to be the only place in the world right now that gives a rat's asshole about gay marriage.

And I'm not a Christian. Really, if America was a Christian nation, my parents would've never immigrated here. Actually, they couldn't as my father is an atheist.

  • @DarkZerkerX - Again, America = Religious freedom. Now it's not so taboo to not be a christian. Actually, other counties have thier own gay pride... Australia, The Philippines, Taiwan, Netherlands, Canada, ect all have huge gay pride events. Since 2001, ten countries have begun allowing same-sex couples to marry nationwide, so this is hardly a US issue.

  • @DarkZerkerX To an educated person your post basically says Blah blah blah I do not understand history, politics, or law. Or the opinion of of the American people. HOMOSEXUALITY WAS OUTLAWED YOU FUCKING RETARD AND PEOPLE DID QUESTION IT. WHAT DO YOU THINK SODOMY LAWS WERE ABOUT?

  • the womens body attacks male fetuses? awesome design by the lord almighty

  • you are all bisexual, and only partially real

  • The birth order phenomenon is particularly interesting. I wonder what would the attitudes would be if more Catholics knew how the Church's historical penchant for encouraging parishioners to have a lot of kids probably markedly increased the percentage of gay people their communities.

  • @bowlsallbroken That, bow, is a very good point.

  • Coll vid, but the sound was really low

  • HOW COULD YOU FORGET TO MENTION THE GIRAFFE?!?! AREN'T YOU A NERDFIGHTER :(

  • @davidandkaze I didn't make the cartoon. See the description. =) And yeah, I'mma nerdfighter =)

  • @ProportionalResponse wtf is a nerdfigther? do you fight nerds:/

  • I was watching this the other day. It was rather interesting, was it not?

  • More volume please.

  • Damn, why are all the sexy cartoon women lesbians :*

I dont like the idea that "Its in your genes and there is nothing you can do about it!". Not because I am anti gay or anything, I just find the idea that your behaviour is entirely genetic and your choices are meaningless kind of depressing.

  • @passwordresetisbroke - Your choices aren't meaningless, they should still matter to /You/.

It just happens that this in particular, just isn't a choice.

I would be Indian, or Nubian, or 100% Iroquois if I could, but I don't get to choose that either; this is simply another example of a 'non-choice'.

You still get to choose /Who/ your partner is, /what/ you like about them, /how/ you develop your relationship, and many other things. Just not which gender(s) you like, or how much you like them.

  • @PurpleGhost This is an action, who you choose to "love", not a trait like your ethnicity. Still I understand your point. My point however is, if such a massive part of your personality/action is purely genetic, what else is? IE are lazy people lazy, and industrious people hardworking purely because they are genetically programmed to be, or because they choose to be.

Or in the case of your analogy, do you choose who, what and how, or does your genetic makeup?

  • @passwordresetisbroke - That it is a trait, like ethnicity, is my point.

Genetic doesn't mean hard-wired, we change our genes through RNA, and epi-genetics throughout our lifetimes, our environment and lifestyle via epigenetics, play a role in what RNA switches will be set for our children and our children's children.

I personally doubt that /all/ things like that are simply genetic; genes may provide a predisposition, but we can build our lives, and 10,000 hours is still skill mastery.

  • so boys are more likely to be homosexual if they come later in birth order because male fetuses are "feminized" ... right ... and girls become lesbian ... why ? ...because they are "feminized" in the fetus ... uh .... uh... yeah believing in this pseudo-science will take you to Hell with it. Believe the Bible only, Gods' Word, believe in the Gospel of salvation only , believe in Jesus only the Son of God to be saved from your sin and eternal punishment.

  • @celal777 it didn't say it applies to females because they haven't done studies regarding that aspect perhaps ? And you're full of BS

  • @doomygloomy1 : no actual research is cited .. only appeal from authority . . . it's obvious the explanation is bogus . . . also why haven't they done research on lesbians ? or maybe they have and they are embarrassed that the results don't support the notion they wanted it to support.

  • @celal777 - No actual research is cited /in the cartoon itself/ if you actually looked up the video which this clip is from, they list their sources in the credits.

And they did NOT say they hadn't done research on lesbians, they said /most/ of the studies are about male-homosexuals. The reason, is because there's a bigger uproar about their sexuality.

And they did not even REMOTELY imply that they /wouldn't/ do research on lesbians, just that much hasn't been done YET.

    Please, Think then speak.

  • @PurpleGhost since when is the size of "uproar" a criterion for how research is prioritized ? the stupid claim in the video is bogus and they are selling it to the gullible as science.

  • @celal777 - Well when there is public depute, and notes of contention, there are often people willing to invest time into research to solve a dispute. There are also individuals who have interests in particular topics and therefore do research in them; but good research is costly, and unless you are independently wealthy (or very creative) this is not an option for most topics.

Besides, to make the claim that it's bogus, you need to check the research itself, not the prioritization.

  • @celal777 so you believe in the bible? according to god, shellfish is also an abomination to him. where are all the anti-shrimp christian ministries?

  • @celal777 "Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you." Lev 11:12

  • @celal777 - That study doesn't explain lesbianism, because it isn't attempting to. In point of fact, it has nothing to do with it - it's a study on male fetuses, meaning: it's only going to be /about/ male fetuses, simple.

  • @PurpleGhost think for 1 minute : if there is a cause for alcoholism or any other behavioral disorder then that cause does not change just because someone is male or female. if boys become feminised by their mother in the womb and this leads them to be homosexual how does that explain female homosexuality ? it doesn't so it shows the reason for male homosexuality which "scientists" are claiming is bogus.

  • @celal777

The idea for male homosexuality does not work for female homosexuality, thus the idea for male homosexuality is wrong? Great logic there.

  • @laflugantabastardo sure. of course, it is logical. care to point out where the problem is ?

  • @celal777

    ...really? I mean, seriously?

What works for x, doesn't work for y, so it doesn't work for x either? You do not see a problem with this?

  • @laflugantabastardo - While gender lines are complete bullshit, but you are totally correct; this is one of those rare cases, where it actually makes a difference whether someone is male or female.

I think they (celal777) are having issues seeing how; but they also seem to be having difficulties grasping that homosexuality isn't just a choice behaviour, so.... yeah.

  • @laflugantabastardo what we are talking about is "sexual dysfunction" whether it's male sexual dysfunction or female it doesn't matter because we are trying to find the reason for the SAME DYSFUNCTION. yes there are 2 sexes but 1 dysfunction. now if you claim "feminization in the womb" is cause for the male dysfunction well that in itself is not an explanation because it obviously does not work for lesbianism. give me 1 good example where the cause of diseases is different for men than for women

  • @celal777

    > yes there are 2 sexes but 1 dysfunction

No, they are not. Male homosexuality is a more female brain state. Lesbianism is a more male brain state. (Source: PMID 18559854)

They are two different things. So obviously what causes male homosexuality may or may not cause female homosexuality; they are two different (though related) things. Again, what causes one, may or may not cause the other.

  • @celal777 - It's funny you should bring up alcoholism.

While alcoholism is essentially just a chosen behaviour, it is still effected by genetic predispositions too. Homosexuality is Not just a behaviour, but to suggest that is uneffected by genetics and pre-birth environmental factors is similar to suggesting that alcoholism isn't, and that simply isn't so; they both are..

Besides, some things really are gender specific. You wouldn't say just because some humans can give birth, that all can.

  • Love the way the dude said "Oh, that" as soon as science was mentioned XD

  • this one is funnier

    /watch?v=U0hGjIllQzA

  • After watching the documentary end to end, this cartoon was probably the part that stuck with me the most...

  • some good information lost in some a few poorly chosen words, I think.

  • Thank you for uploading this!

  • "feminizing the fetus" ?? The mothers body is more likely to see the male fetus as a foreign object? Once again Id be interested to see the study to support this.

  • Id be interested to know which study they are referencing regarding the genes of male twins playing a role in their sexual orientation.

  • Argument put forward by a gay friend of mine to a street preacher once; "If being gay is a choice, then it logically follows that being straight must be the other choice. So when did you decide to be straight, assuming that you are of course?" :D

  • @ThomasTrue I would also add, since it is a choice one makes and you have made it, you must desire the same sex as yourself, as well as the opposite, in order for you to have made that choice.

  • I loved this until the end when the scrolling text used Comic Sans.

  • I make cartoon videos to disprove religion!

  • @ChinnuWoW PENIS!!!

  • @Coffeeisnecessary you like penis? thats nice.... i dont care

  • It didn't explain how the antibodies feminize the fetus rather than kill it. I guess I could look it up, but you'd think the christian in the video would have asked as well. Then again, it was a cartoon character.

  • This actually things wrong. Identical twins do not mean that genes play a role. A mother's resistance to male hormones would account for twins being gay up to 70% of the time (which probably has some selection bias involved). I'm not saying genes don't play a part, and I'm definitely not saying it's a choice (as I certainly don't have any choice in that I like women so I've always found it odd when people claim it is a choice), but twin studies do not prove that genes are involved.

  • @JohnHenryAlex Hm.. I don't know.. it is "For The Bible Tells Me So", under documentaries, directed by Daniel G. Karslake, if that helps with a serach.. =/

  • It's always nice to see Christians understanding homosexuality, but did they really just say that we're not animals? Are you fucking kidding me?

  • @LaResistance86 I think they meant on a diffeent level than animals. A dog couldn't type this, for example.

  • @LaResistance86 There are christians who say that we are not animals, I have meet some.

  • @LaResistance86 - They didn't exactly say that, their 'Christian' said it, and they simply didn't put in the time to get side-tracked /refuting/ the point. But a lack of refutation, isn't really an agreeance.

  • @PurpleGhost Way to argue for the sake of arguing. Btw, you're wrong. 1:21-1:30. Christian: "But we're not animals. Human beings have free will." Response: "Christian does have a point."

  • @LaResistance86 Way to misunderstand everything I said, and then declare me wrong because of it.

I went back after I had posted and re-listened, and realized that they said he had a point, but I gave /you/ the benefit of the doubt, that you were smart enough to understand that agreeing there is a point to be made that we are not exactly like all the other animals is sill not agreeing or disagreeing /directly/. They side-stepped. Apparently you don't deserve the benefit of the doubt.

    Continued-

  • @LaResistance86

Continued: And I need to address, for the sake of my sanity: I said "didn't exactly" meaning I was leaving room for the fact that they could be (and in some ways were) partially agreeing with the character.

I wasn't arguing with you, I was attempting to address your question; since I thought it was in earnest, and that you were interested in what others had to say; if you're not, then I'd say, if anyone is arguing for the sake of it, it's you.

  • @PurpleGhost Of course I'm interested in what people have to say. That's why I'm on YouTube. However, it was a rhetorical question. I thought that was obvious. Kinda silly to deny that your comment was in argument with mine, don't you think?

  • @LaResistance86

Ah, I see the trouble! Your question didn't seem rhetorical to me, since I have a different view point of what was implied by the statements made; where you felt that your conclusions were completely obvious, & the only possible answer, & therefore rhetorical (& concluded that I was picking a fight) I instead saw a different answer, & therefore saw your question as just that, a question; not realizing it to be a statement in the form of a question.

    My intentions were innocent.

  • 3:30 I think you forgot to mention the suicide rate of place like that !

Side note ,I love women but I wish it had more homosexual ,other men would be with other men, increasing straight men chances of getting a women , as for me, I have not problem with my girl friend having a girl friend !!!

  • Homosexuality is as much of a choice as heterosexuality.

  • Why does it matter if it's a choice or not?

  • I am in favor of the hormone explanation, which they didn't even touch on. There is very strong evidence from rodent models that the neonate's exposure to maternal stress hormones plays the biggest role. As for the birth order, wouldn't a mother of 4 be rather stressed out during her 5th pregnancy compared to her first pregnancy when she had no other kids to look after? As for twins, one twin often causes problems for the other in the womb.

  • Comment removed

  • MAN! We need one of these cartoons documentaries in Brazil RIGHT NOW!

  • lol that's pretty funny. Love the part where Freud comes in with his silly ideas.

  • Fact don't matter ego and feelings do.

  • How many of you KNOW that "Christian" is gay?

  • LOL!!!!!

  • Yeah, but how does a bill become a law??? lol.. and fuck Bob Jones.

  • @rellik31486 I'm just a Bill, yes I'm only a bill, and I'm standing here on capital Hill!

  • I actually have a BIG problem with this and was surprised to see it on an otherwise fantastic channel.

LOOK: even entertaining the notion that it's "nature vs nurture" and delving into WHY a person's gay/bi/lesbian/trans gives credit to the idea that there's something wrong with that. Well, he's gay but it's okay, he was BORN THAT WAY. The truth is that there's nothing wrong with being queer and it doesn't matter why you are the way you are. This shitty video only helps keep that old BS alive.

  • @fuzzynippleman we know why some people are ginger, does that give credit to the idea that its wrong to be ginger?

why should knowing why someone is gay give credit to the idea that there is something wrong with it? If anything, it proves that its morally neutral, given that there isn't a choice being made.

  • @fuzzynippleman I'll be on blogtv tonight, if you'd like to come on and explain. The cartoon, in myopinion, and in light of the documentary, is expressing that there is nothing wrong with it, and here are the reasons why there is nothing disfunctional.

  • @fuzzynippleman Scientifically speaking, "delving into WHY" anything is the way it is brings about a better understanding of our lives and what is going on in and around us. Educating the ignorant is not, and should not be construed as, giving credit to their ignorance, regardless of the subject matter. In this specific instance, by providing medical, scientific evidence for homosexuality, the arguments of Christians and other homophobes are exposed as illogical and irrational.

  • @fuzzynippleman

The cartoon actually quite clearly states that there's nothing wrong with being gay at 3:34.

  • Thanks for uploading this video. Unfortunately none of the xtians I know will accept any of these verifiable facts.

  • Great video! But I have to ask: wtf is going on with that woman's rack at 0:42?! No, no. Don't hit that response key telling me I'm sexist. You were thinking it too.

  • I can't believe you left out the giraffe. The gayest animal I know.

  • Fucking awesome.

  • We need to get back to persecuting left handed people.

  • I loved this ^_^ really brightened my day ^_^

    Lesbian Ladies Always! <3

  • that was great. thanks

  • Haha some of this was funny and cute. :) I think I want to watch the whole thing.

  • Awesome! More of these please!

  • Damn those left handed people!!!!

  • @emptywithoutbrain fuck you! I know your being sarcastic. but try using a cheap pair of scissors with your left hand and try to cut, not fold paper.

  • @startreking2007 ok then thats me told hahaha :)

  • Nice ! But it's not realistic, there needs to be a part in the end in which Christian says: "LALALALALALLA I can't hear you"

  • haha Loved the "we're still gay" part.
