dubstep was one thing before which got taken way out of proportion into something that shouldnt really be called dubstep anymore. So it got the nickname brostep. Then theres real dubstep which is true to dubsteps roots, completely different sound. Drumstep is kind of a merging of DnB and dubstep, DnB tempo but drums have a half tempo feel. Dubstep basslines.

The rest im not too sure....ive got no reason to dislike it, i just don't understand what makes brostep or drumstep so dif from dubstep, that it needs a whole new genre....isit because this is 'dubstep' that's lost its dub roots?
