It's Humpty Dumpty, Season 2, Episode 3, where Cuddy's worker falls off the roof and he has the blackened fingers....The diagnosis ended up something to do with chickens, because of his other job.
It's the episode where a man comes in with his mother and little brother. I don't know what episodenumber or disease he had, but his mother sang this to him at the bedside. I think he works to support his family so his little brother wants take that over... something like that :) It's in Season 1 or 2.

my ama used to sing this song to me.....sometimes when she sings it to my lil cousin it just gives me a big smile.
