When I run my 2 stroke scooter on HHO. It Stops in 2-3 minutes can you help me out quick. My Scooter is a 60cc, 2stroke. So what do i do to get rid of the problem.
@baduki2008 I have to agree. Having your system setup as +n-n+ allows not only better charge distribution but also lower amps for less currant is needed to acheive the same results at any voltage. And to boot the eficiency goes up within any electrical system when you have nuetrality.
Your hardening the stainless with the heat. I can see the rainbow. Hardening turns them magnetic and will cause erosion and act as a choke to the current which will cause heat to build up and essentially end with thermal runaway. Also I hers you mention the cutting of the plates, you have to use water jet to cut them or they will become hardened at the edge which is definitely a no no.
We are currently building the new PWM board which will work at 5 volts. We've got a step down transformer planned for the job. We had it on the battery for this video just to test our new design. You are exactly right about less volts, but the amps will still be high and pull more work from the engine/alternator. We're figuring it out one step at a time, and will always post our results. Thanks for the comments!
Consider runnings 12v direct and using well water or cheap drinking water with no electrolytes. My machine pulls 3 amps after one hour and little heat. Adding electrolyte makes the amps climb fast.
Amps is what you want but don't use 12volts. Switch to 2.5 - 3.5 volts, see my videos on how to do that, no change in your cell is needed. No more heat, discoloration, no PWM, and with very little amp crawl.
nice engineering design, i need one of these

Need some nuetrals, or you can use 3 volts which without a really good power supply you won't get much production.

Check out terrystech videos , he has some ideas to lower amp and gain more energy at the same time.

Good alignment!!
Hey, since your plates were parallel, why not you try to weld positive at the up side and negative at the downside...
This will help electron to push up the gas upwards.
Search on youtube about this...
Hope this helps...
